COPYRIGHTED CONTENT

If any of the supplied content for engraving is trademarked or copyrighted or owned by third parties, and the and owners of said content become damaged by its use, the customer will hold harmless and indemnify Clear Cut Awards and those others, including but not limited to owners, directors, principals, employees and contractors for said damages.


STANDARD ENGRAVING

Standard engraving includes up to 25 words at a maximum size of 18 points engravable font. It does not include logos, pictures, photographs or any other artwork.


NONSTANDARD ENGRAVING

Nonstandard engraving includes various artwork such as logos, photographs or any other artwork, amounts of text larger than what is included in standard engraving, large sized font, special fonts or anything else that is not included in standard engraving. Nonstandard engraving may or may not incur an additional charge.


PROOF REVISIONS

Clear Cut Awards includes two minor revisions to the initial proof as part of "Standard Engraving". Additional revisions are $20 each and redraws are $35 each.


PRODUCT

The products on our site are made of crystal clear acrylic. Wrinkled reflective bottoms come in blue, green, red, gold, purple, black, clear wrinkle which looks silver, and clear polished without the wrinkled bottom. Custom colors are available for large quantity orders and may incur extra charges. The items, material and other product sold by Clear Cut Awards may be imported.


PROCESSING

Items are usually shipped within 7 to 10 days for in-stock items. Rush orders available, but must be confirmed prior to any commitment and additional charges apply. Clear Cut Awards is not responsible for consequential damages for missing, damaged, late or delayed goods.


PACKAGING

The awards and other acrylic items sold on this site will be shipped and individually wrapped or masked.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Clear Cut Awards charges handling fees for packaging of items sold on this site. The handling fees are combined with the shipping charges at time of checkout. Orders are FOB factory via ground service unless otherwise SPECIFIED IN WRITING. Every item is carefully packed to prevent damages during shipping. Please inspect every carton for damages and do not sign until all parts have been thoroughly scrutinized. Claims for damaged or missing items must be filed with the carrier within 24 hours and Clear Cut Awards also must be notified within 24 hours.


CANCELATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once the engraving process has begun.


RETURNS

RMA stands for RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. In order to process a return, a Proper RMA Number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department. All returned item shipments without an RMA Number will be refused. To request an RMA, please use our contact us form and provide a detailed description, order number and reason for requesting an RMA. You may also call our Customer Service Department and make a request via the phone. Please have all of your information including the Order Number ready.

If a wrong item was received, please contact us immediately by Phone or our Contact Form on this website for further instructions. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A PROPER RMA NUMBER. Remember, any item returned that does not have a proper RMA Number associated with it will be refused.
